  • 3-Day Replacement Warranty: Within the first three days, if any hardware discrepancies arise or the item does not meet the promised standard, it is eligible for a direct replacement.

  • Condition Guarantee: Explicitly outlines that items are high-quality used machines maintained in a crisp, pristine 9/10 condition.

2. Logistical & Transaction Limits

  • Free Nationwide Shipping: Clearly states that all shipments across the country are entirely free, arriving within 3 to 4 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Limit: Capped up to a maximum of PKR 50,000 for standard courier handling.

  • Refund Disbursement Caps:

    • Amounts up to PKR 10,000 can be disbursed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

    • Amounts above PKR 10,000 are safely routed exclusively via Bank Transfer for clear tracking and transaction security.

3. Fair Play Rules (Building Trust)

  • Damaged Shipments: If a device is damaged in transit, you will handle the replacement cost completely free of charge if informed within 24 hours.

  • Return Shipping Fees: If there's an inherent technical flaw, your store pays for the return logistics. If it’s a change-of-mind exchange, the customer handles the transit fee.

  • Processing Speed: Refunds are finalized within 2 to 3 business days following a routine 24-hour diagnostic check once the item arrives back at your center.
