1. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • 100% Free Shipping: We offer free nationwide shipping across Pakistan on every single order, regardless of the size or weight of your package.

  • Premium Courier Partners: To ensure your device arrives safely, we partner exclusively with trusted, premium courier services experienced in handling fragile electronic equipment.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For your peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery up to a maximum limit of PKR 50,000. Orders exceeding this value can be securely completed via direct bank transfer before dispatch.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed and verified, our team performs a final quality check and securely packs your item. Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours.

  • Nationwide Delivery Timeline: Your package will arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.

3. Secure Packaging & Tracking Information

  • Industrial-Grade Packaging: Every laptop is packed using multi-layered, shock-absorbent bubble wraps and sturdy boxes to completely protect the hardware from transit vibrations and handling.

  • Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our facility, we will provide you with a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment's journey in real time right to your door.

4. Handling Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we always target a 3 to 4 working day delivery window, occasional delays can happen due to extreme weather, public holidays, or unexpected courier network disruptions. In such rare cases, we will actively communicate with the courier to speed up your delivery.

  • Damaged in Transit: We take full responsibility for your package until it reaches your hands. If your package arrives physically damaged, please contact Mudassir Meer immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with photos or a quick video of the damaged box and the item, and we will arrange a priority replacement or solution at zero extra cost to you.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our team will get in touch with you to reschedule the delivery.
