Welcome to MM Laptop Centre. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any laptops or accessories from our store. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

  • Eligibility: To create an account or make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Contract Act, 1872 of Pakistan.

  • Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, login details, and restricted access to your devices. You agree to accept liability for all transactions and activities occurring under your account.

  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete purchase, billing, and contact details for all transactions. Failing to maintain accurate account details may lead to automated order cancellations or delivery failures.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency & Taxes: All prices listed across our platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Payment Gateways & Limits: We offer secure transaction channels governed by the following operational limits:

    • Digital Channels: Direct Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash are fully supported for transaction values up to PKR 10,000.

    • Bank Transfer: For any orders exceeding PKR 10,000, payments must be processed exclusively via direct Bank Transfer for security and verification safety.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD convenience across our delivery network up to a maximum transaction threshold of PKR 50,000. Orders crossing this limit require an advance bank transfer.

  • Price Modifications: Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product tier at any time.

3. Product Descriptions and Quality Condition

  • Product Condition: We specialize in carefully curated used laptops and tech accessories maintained in premium, pristine condition, guaranteeing a 9/10 aesthetic and hardware status.

  • Visual Inaccuracies: While we make every effort to display true product condition, colors, and features through clear images, we cannot guarantee that your device monitor will perfectly display exact shades or textures.

  • Corrections: In the event of pricing or description errors on our store, we reserve the full right to correct any inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical mistakes and update affected pending orders accordingly.

4. Order Acceptance and Refusal

  • Right of Refusal: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the absolute right to accept, limit, or refuse any order for any valid commercial or inventory reason.

  • Commercial Limitations: We reserve the right to limit or ban purchase quantities per person, per household, or per order. This includes bulk orders flagged as potential commercial reseller exploitation under a single customer profile or address.

  • Cancellation Processing: If we cancel an order after your payment has been successfully transferred, we will issue a complete refund to your original payment channel under standard banking clearing windows.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Free Delivery: We offer 100% Free Nationwide Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Transit Timelines: Standard shipments are processed securely and generally arrive at your designated delivery doorstep within 3 to 4 working days.

  • Logistical Exceptions: While we partner with premium courier networks, delivery schedules are approximate. MM Laptop Centre is not legally liable for shipping delays caused by unexpected transit barriers, weather anomalies, or regional security protocols.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Checking Warranties

  • Policy Alignment: All order issues, product checks, and refunds are tightly governed by our official Return and Refund Policy.

  • The Checking Framework: Every order is secured with our standard checking safeguards:

    • 7-Day Checking Window: Customers hold a 7-day testing buffer to evaluate laptop battery health, diagnostic performance, and hardware stability.

    • 3-Day Replacement Window: Faulty hardware or technical variances from our stated 9/10 condition must be reported within 3 days for a direct replacement route.

  • Verification Checks: Returns or replacements are only authorized if all internal security stickers remain unbroken, and the product is returned with its original accessories, power bricks, and packaging.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using our online store, digital content, or infrastructure:

  • For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose violating regional, federal, or international cybercrime codes.

  • To violate, infringe upon, or misappropriate the intellectual property rights, logos, trade secrets, or branding assets of MM Laptop Centre or our partners.

  • To transmit or inject malicious digital code, viruses, spyware, or logic bombs designed to harm the functionality or integrity of our e-commerce operations.

  • To harvest, scrape, or extract customer data, transaction records, or proprietary interface data without our explicit, written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Warranties: We do not guarantee or warrant that your browsing experience on our platform will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free from server-side errors.

  • Liability Cap: In no case shall MM Laptop Centre, its owner Mudassir Meer, employees, partners, or logistics contractors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, data loss, downtime costs, or business interruptions—arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the actual financial amount paid by you to us for the specific product transaction in dispute.

9. Governing Law and Pakistani Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law: These Terms of Service and any separate transactional agreements through which we provide you laptops or tech accessories shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in strict accordance with the federal and provincial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

  • Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, claims, or arbitration arising out of your transaction or interaction with MM Laptop Centre shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
